I've been attempting freelance work for the past few months. Nothing has worked out so far, but today I was inspired to do a quick sketch for one of the ads I looked at:
I
figured I might as well do something productive with all this free time
I had, so I thought I'd fix my character's rigs. Then I decided while I
was at it I might as well do some re-designing. A rough idea of
colours and ideas, some proportions are frightening. Critiques? What
do you think?
I'm not even close to done this. It feels too fast, there's a bit more I want to add, and I need to do some modeling and rigging before I can animate half of it. Just a rough blocking out because I'm not all that good at storyboarding.
This was pretty much the first thing I ever did in 3DS Max. It took some getting used to, but I got the hang of it after. Don't have any of the work from Gagetown to put up here though, that's why I've been quiet for so long.
